2011 SLP Camaro ZL1 #1

November 21, 2011 – Keith Camiolo, the General Manager of Classic Chevrolet in Maple Shade, NJ  (www.classiccarschevrolet.com) was kind enough to provide me with access to the 2011 SLP Camaro ZL1 #1 prior to delivery to his customer.  This car was initially sold in Detriot, but the buyer’s financing fell through.  This gave Keith’s customer the opportunity to purchase the car.  There were additional delays in delivery because of two defective carbon fiber hoods.  Once the hood issue was rectified at the SLP facility in New Jersey, it was shipped back to Detriot to have the hood painted and then shipped back to New Jersey for delivery.  This was required by Chevy for warranty reasons.  A BIG thanks to Keith for providing CamaroNews.com with this exclusive opportunity.
