Competitive Driving Mode
In Competitive Driving Mode, the StabiliTrak System helps maintain directional control of the vehicle by selective brake application and controlling engine torque. TCS is off.
On vehicles with a V8 engine, this optional handling mode can be selected by pressing the StabiliTrak/ TCS button (pictured above) on the console quickly two times. “StabiliTrak Competitive Mode” displays in the Driver Information Center (DIC). See Ride Control System Messages (pictured below).
Sport Mode
In the “sport” mode (pictured above) the Camaro you have two options:
- The car will shift itself provided you do not use the paddles (pictured below)
- You can “shift” the car yourself using the paddles (pictured below)
This mode is much more aggessive and will bring out the beast in your Camaro.
