2024 Chevrolet Camaro Configurator: Price Jumps, ZL1 1LE Gone!

Chevrolet has just launched the 2024 Camaro configurator, which means it’s now the final chance for fans to get their hands on the muscle car before it leaves the stage, highlighted by a special Collector’s Edition available on various trim levels. Even as this is the final model year before the Camaro nameplate sunsets once again, be prepared to pay a bit more this year for just about every trim level. Including the sought-after Camaro LT1, Camaro SS, and Camaro ZL1 trims.

How Much Is The Price For A 2024 Chevrolet Camaro?

GM dropped the 2.0L LTG as the base engine for the muscle car, and instead slotted the mid-range 3.6L V6 to serve as the starting motor. As such, this has bumped the starting price up for the 2024 Chevrolet Camaro to $32,495 USD for the Coupe, and $38,495 USD for the convertible. By comparison, the starting price for a 2023 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe was just $27,795, which comes to an increase of $4,700, as for the convertible, that started at $34,295, which brings the total increase to $4,200 over last year. But, with the V6 as the starting option, that does mean more fun is sure to be had, though it’s no V8. Speaking of a V8, if you’re looking to get that since this is the final production year, you’ll be looking at the LT1 trim, which has a starting price of $40,395 this year for the Coupe. That’s a bump of $2,600 over last year, where the LT1 trim started at just $37,795.

Staying within the realm of the 2024 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe for a little bit longer, both of the SS trims have also seen a price increase for the 2024 model year, as the 1SS Chevrolet Camaro now has a starting price of $43,895 and the 2SS will start at $48,895, about that of a new S650 Ford Mustang GT. That’s an increase of $2,600 over last year, as well. Finally, the highly desirable ZL1 trim will begin with a steep $73,695 for its finale model year. That’s an increase of $5,000 over last year. Of course, prices will be even higher if you opt for the convertible instead of the Coupe.

As for the 2024 Chevrolet Camaro packages, the 1LE track performance package is still available on the SS trims with the same price tag as last year of $7,000. However, the package is currently not listed for the ZL1 trim. Additionally, as this is the final year of the Chevrolet Camaro as we know it, the Collector’s Edition package is a new addition this year and starts at $5,995 for the SS trims but is $14,995 on the ZL1. Additionally, it doesn’t appear Chevrolet has added the Garage 56 edition to the configurator yet. However, seeing as only 56 of them are set to be made, it’s likely that they’ve all been spoken for, anyway. As for the 2024 Camaro Collector’s Edition, you’ll have to check with your local Chevy dealer.

Otherwise, have fun with the configurator, and remember, this is the last year of production for the Chevrolet Camaro if you’re looking for an excuse to buy.
