Although there’s a good chance we’ll see it in another form, 2024 marks the final model year of the Chevrolet Camaro as it appears today. Seeing as production ended last year, it shouldn’t be a surprise that inventory is winding down. Camaro rebates are hard to come by, but some dealers are offering aggressive incentives if you know where to look. Here’s what you need to know about finding a 2024 Camaro discount.
2024 marks the last model year for the sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro. Inventory is continuing to dwindle, with fewer than 1,500 examples remaining on dealer lots. You’ll have an easier time finding a Malibu, or even a Corvette. Unfortunately, if you’re looking to buy one of the remaining Camaros, Chevy isn’t offering any final sale rebates like Stellantis has had with both the Dodge Challenger and Charger.
However, you might be able to find a Camaro discount at your local Chevy dealer. Terry Labonte Chevrolet in Greensboro, North Carolina for example, has discounts between $4,700 and $5,300 on all of their Camaro 1LTs in stock. We even found a manual transmission 1LT for under $30,000 at Kendall Chevrolet GMC in Eugene, Oregon. It won’t be getting easier to find a 2024 Camaro in your desired spec on a lot, let alone one with a discount, but they’re out there in small quantities.
If you’re looking to lease Chevy is still offering Camaros with promotional lease deals, assuming you can come across one. Current lessees of a GM or non-GM vehicle can lease a 2024 Camaro 1LT for $349 a month for 39 months with $5,089 due at signing. The effective monthly cost of $479 is not a very good deal relative to the 1LT’s $34,090 MSRP. The V8-powered LT1 is actually cheaper to lease thanks to a higher residual value, despite being almost $8,000 more expensive. The LT1 lease will set you back $309 per month over 39 months with $5,829 due at signing, for an effective monthly cost of $458.
Chevy has yet to offer a selldown rebate on the 2024 Camaro. However, you should still check with your local dealer to see if they’re running any promotions, or take advantage of one of the advertised Camaro lease deals.
