Teens charged with racing after two ejected from cars

Police said investigators later learned two cars had been involved in the wreck: a 1998 Chevrolet Camaro and a 2006 Nissan Sentra that had been northbound on the parkway, police said. Police said the drivers were racing, but obeying traffic signals.
