2013 Sturgis Rally Goes Off With A Bang & Keeps Camaro Enthusiasts Wanting More!

This Past weekend before the 4th of July, The Sturgis Camaro Rally was taking off for It’s 3rd year in a row. CamaroNews was a proud sponsor and was so happy to hear attendance not only doubled but the turn out was fantastic. We are making it a point next year to not only sponsor this awesome event, but we are making sure to be there for the 4th annual Camaro Sturgis rally! Thanks for the support and for all the work the Camaro Sturgis Team puts on with GM. That’s right GM brought some 2014’s and even a super COPO for everyone to enjoy. Hello Everyone,

 

We want to thank those that were able to attend the rally this year.  For those that missed it be sure to mark your calendars now so you will be able to attend next year.  Attached is the B.A.D Racing & JDP Motorsports Autocross finals for everyone to take a look at their run times.  Also included is the results from the Loud American Show & Shine with all of this year’s show winners.  There were also a few drawings that we still needed to take care of for the registration prizes and cash drawings for attending the show and shine and the winners of each are listed below.  If you were unable to attend the banquet and won a prize/trophy we will be mailing them out to you in the next couple of weeks.    We want to thank you for helping make this year’s rally a HUGE success.  With your help we were able to raise over $600 during the raffle for Bob Bondurant Hot Laps Experience, Classic Car Model, and GM Jacket; that will be donated to Sturgis Rally Charities.  We are happy to announce that we ended up with 227 cars and doubled that in participants and guests.  The committee will be taking a few months off, but don’t worry we will be back on track starting in September.  If anyone would like to volunteer to be on the committee for the 2014 -4^th Annual Sturgis Camaro Rally please email Rita or I at any time.   Next year’s rally dates are June 26^th to the 29^th 2014.
