VAN NUYS, CA, Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — From the birth place of the Camaro IROC-Z, IROC Motorsports, Inc. has just announced will be launching their new line of IROC Racing, Vehicles, and Parts at www.irocmotorports.com on October 30^th 2018  They will be releasing information about their new IROC Race Series, IROC Wars: ROC n RALLY “A tribute to Burt… War against Breast Cancer” along with their new line of IROC Vehicles and IROC Parts that will all be on display at SEMA October 30^th through November 2^nd in booths IROC Motorsports #52045, Factory Reproductions #46091 and CarCapsule USA #20137 .

Earlier this year, the company that brought the Gen 6 Camaro IROC-Z to SEMA in 2017, 6LE Designs, closed their doors and all of their assets were purchased by a private equity company.  IROC Motorsports acquired the IROC-Z trade mark, along with other assets related to it, and are breathing new life into this beloved name.

The new race series, IROC Wars, is a series of charity races, collectively called the “ROC n RALLY” which is set to kick off Fall 2019 in Atlanta, GA and ends six days later in Los Angeles, CA.  Twelve celebrity drivers will receive new Generation Six Camaro ZL1///IROC-Zs, powered by Hennessey with 1000hp, along with a six pack of Coors they must transport from Atlanta, GA to the late Burt Reynold’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, CA.  The rally carries them through six cities in six days for four concerts and three races.  The drivers will compete in a sanctioned road course, drag race and ROVAL events that are open to the public.  You can donate to your favorite driver’s charity purse as you watch them race across the country as the event will be streamed live.

Partnering with race and television producers Bud Brutsman of BCIITV and Rick De Olivera of Road Games, IROC Motorsports will be producing a live streamed broadcast of the rally, live coverage of the races and release a behind the scenes docu-series chronicling the event.  Current celebrity drivers include NASCAR driver Pete Shepherd III, UFC Champion and avid racer Cain Velasquez as well as actress and conservative political activist, Mindy Robinson.

IROC Motorsports Inc is the licensed manufacturer of the new IROC, IROC-Z and IROC-Z Red Letter vehicles, based off of the Generation 6 Camaro platform and available for pickup at your local Chevrolet Dealership or delivered directly to your door.  Performance upgrades, such as Texas Speed and Performance’s 454ci LT1 based motor, are also available.

At SEMA 2018, they will also be releasing IROC Wars Limited Edition vehicles available for purchase.  There will be twelve IROC Camaro 2SS 1LE Limited Edition 650hp powered by Hennessey at $80,000, six IROC-Z ZL1 Limited Edition 1000hp Exorcist Packages at $150,000 and three IROC-Z Red Letter Limited Edition 454ci Texas Speed and Performance ROVAL Packages at $200,000 built for the 2019 model year.  Available for purchase now, the vehicles will be delivered at different IROC Owners Only events around the country throughout the year to include delivery at Camaro Fest in Bowling Green Kentucky, a private IROC Race Event at Hennessey Performance in Sealy Texas and the final race of the IROC Wars: “ROC n RALLY”, the “ROC n ROVAL” in Fontana California for the final ROVAL race of the IROC Wars: “ROC n RALLY”.

Production, non-limited edition, IROC Vehicles are also available through the IROC Concierge program with packages starting at $15,000.  Each IROC Vehicle comes with VIN/Title certification, therefore, all IROC vehicles are easily confirmed as originals by a simple VIN check at your local DMV, adding greatly to the resale and market value of these vehicles.  For those who already own a Generation Six Camaro, conversions are available through your local Chevrolet Dealership but only as conversions added to the IROC Registry, not as titled IROC Vehicles.  A full catalog of parts derived from the IROC Racing platforms are also available.
