If you’ve ever been on a Camaro forum, you must have bumped into “Apex Chase”.  He is very helpful, often providing answers and insight to questions from members.  I’ve spoken to him a few times and I purchased my Cold Air Intake by CAI from APEX a few weeks ago when he took the time to answer some of my questions via a private message.

The reason I’m “reviewing” APEX is because Chase is a breath of fresh air in an age where customer servivce is hard to find.  I recently purchased factory 21″ wheels from another Camaro owner on a Sunday.  However, when the guy dropped off the wheels they only had 16 lugs.  He used the locks on his new wheels and the lugs from the 20″ wheels I had on my Camaro were different.  I went to a few different local stores (Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Advanced Auto Parts) and none of them had Gorilla locks.  I sent Chase a private message, not expecting an answer until Tuesday because it was Labor Day Weekend.  Well, not only did he respond, he responded Sunday night with the part number I needed.  Needless to say, I was impressed!
