Good afternoon, Camaro Comrades, Firebird Friends, and Corvette Cousins!
Two activities this weekend – One VERY LARGE event in the Motor City – and another (albeit a bit smaller) in Chicago.
First: The world-famous Woodward Dream Cruise
– if you’ve never been to it, it’s something you really need to plan to do either this year or next – -nothing quite like it anywhere……..
As in the past, it will be Presented by Chevrolet – and there are two Exhibits you won’t want to miss. More in a moment……..
AS TO CHICAGO:
Chevrolet will be conducting a Volt Ride and Drive at Orland Square Mall in Orland Park, IL on Saturday and Sunday August 18 and 19 —
Those who sign up to test-drive a new Volt will be given a $10 Gift Card to use in the Mall. You simply need to be 21 or older and have a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Can’t make it this weekend? No problem! – we’ll be at Yorktown Center Mall next Saturday and Sunday (August 25 and 26) — for another opportunity to drive the Volt.
If you haven’t driven one, you are in for a very pleasant surprise! I’ll be attending the event at Orland Square mall this Sunday – so I hope to see some of you there…………
